Your role
Management assistant
- To assist General Manager & company management team's daily administrative tasks as required.
- To support PT management and GM schedule (China visit/business meetings/trips).
- To assist PT product managers for communication issues relate to the marketing (visitor's reception, invitation, visa, hotel reservation, tickets booking etc.).
Company communication
- Make communication strategy and plan based on Company strategy and business focus.
- Lead and execute internal and external communication initiatives and continuously improve communication activity processes.
- Work closely with Company management team to enhance Company profile and overall branding among audiences, such as interview, visit, event, crises communication, etc.
- Create communication content (such as articles, videos, employee magazine, posters, etc.) and promote via different channels (such as WeChat, website, TikTok, etc.).
- Work as a consultant for PT Campus on brand implementation and safeguard the way of using visual brand identity according to the Group brand manual.
- Work with Greater China Holding Communication team to localize internal and external activities.
- Lead the yearly customer satisfaction survey in line with the business strategy.
- Maintain good relationship with important stakeholders, such as government partners, local media, and other community groups.
- Other assignment from GM
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor degree or above, with strong communication background will be preferable.
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Same for computer skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively internally and externall
- Good working attitude and sense of service, can work under pressure.
- Must be a team-player and attentive to details.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Wuxi, China (CN). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
