RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand engineer’s test request for contactor(package, pad size, current, voltage, kelvin, other special request), discuss with engineer, vendor and handler group to decide suitable solution for new project;
理解工程师测试需求（封装，测试尺寸，电流，电压，开尔文以及其它特殊测试需求），与工程，供应商及设备小组共同确定合适的新项目测试座解决方案；
Manage and update contactor related document according to actual test status;
管理所有测试座相关文件并根据实际测试情况进行更新；
Finish contactor related experiment including analyzing performance, making plan, tracking data, result presentation, track improvement actions and experiment summary&archive&share;
完成测试座相关实验：现象分析，制定计划，跟踪数据，结果分析，改进措施，实验总结&存档&分享；
Continuously track and improve production pin lifetime to cost down;
持续跟踪并改进测试座相关生产耗材的寿命并降低成本；
Continuously develop CI Project to improve socket performance including new vendor qualification, new contactor material search, new design method qualification and so on;
持续进行测试座相关的改进项目以提高测试座寿命：验证新供应商，寻找测试座新材质，验证新的测试座设计方法等；
Support TK contactor related issue including forecast analysis, contactor consign, data tracking, trouble shooting and so on;
支持代工厂测试座相关事务：产量分析，测试座委托，数据记录，问题解决等；
Be responsible for contactor related training for new comer and other department;
负责所有测试座相关培训：新人培训及其他部门技能培训；
Raise efficiency for contactor related work;
提高测试座相关工作效率；
Manage all on site contactor vendor engineer;
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or above with 6+ years related experience. 本科及以上学历， 6年+工作经验 。
Be familiar with production test procedure. 熟悉产线测试流程。
Skillful Data analysis capability and Engineering management experience. 熟练的数据分析能力及工程项目管理经验。
Good communication skills and team leader problem solving skills. 良好的沟通表达及团队领导能力。
Good English in writing/reading and computer skills. 良好的英文读写及电脑操作能力。
