Key Responsibilities
- Business-related report processing, including but not limited to daily sales reports, monthly sales reports, and sales forecast collection
- Customer Price Maintenance: assisting sales reps in quoting, preparing quotation sheets and maintaining system prices
- Customer/Vendor information maintenance: assisting sales rep for new customer/vendor creation and existing customer/vendor modification
- Document stamping and filing, including but not limited to customer version contract review, company standard version contract preparation, and customer document completion (e.g., customer survey forms)
- Preparation of bidding documents
- Assisting sales rep in completing non-raw material purchasing
- Assisting sales reps in payment for non-sourcing service providers
- Red invoices processing for non-RGO cases
- Pipeline tracking and collection
- Organizing sales meetings and completing meeting minutes
- Assisting sales rep for customer visits
- Assisting sales reps in pre-exhibition work, such as supplier setup and preparing exhibition materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in working with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred).
- Workable English skills
- Exposure to data analysis and automation tool utilization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different functions.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent skills in office software applications
