Position
As the Client Development Manager, you will support the Head of CRM and Client Development in implementing the China Client Strategy focused on enhancing our client experience. This will be achieved through the implementation of a client activation strategy aligned with ambitious CRM objectives and in line with our Maison's image.
Job responsibilities
CLIENTELING PERFORMANCE:
Assist in developing guidelines and communication related to our client activations, as well as in implementing actions at retail store level.
Oversee the targeting of all client activations, Lead and support retail store to formulate in-store event according to the client strategy for each store.
Coordinate the production of assets between the Image team and the global team.
Track the ROI of all client activations and ensure reporting.
Organize the overall client experience during client shows in coordination with concierge services.
Manage the budget and invoicing.
GIFTING & CLIENT SERVICES:
Ensure consistency in orders, gift targeting, and ROI in line with HQ and local events strategy.
Support retail store in their specific gifting matters.
RETAIL SUPPORT:
Provide Training and coaching to retail team to upgrade their Clienteling skill.
Share ideas and support tools with retail team related to Clienteling mindset development.
Monitor all Clienteling actions to gain a clear view of ROI and the impact of actions on the development of our client pyramid.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve our performance and implementing action plans.
- Support in developing Mainland China annual Clienteling strategy aligned with objectives shared by the Clienteling Director and global Clienteling team.
- Ensure consistency in the Clienteling training plan based on KPI performance opportunities.
