Enable brand initiatives for channel activation and growth.
Deliver brand P&L success. -
What you´ll do
- Drive commercial understanding on shopper behavior and channel driver.

Develop brand strategy for channel activation and customization.

Steer channel business in strong partnership of TMKT with "Matrix Cycle" of annual/quarter/month management.

Own L17 efficiency and input for L6 with brand view (4P).
- Partner with cross functions (internal with Design and Media) for channel co-creation.
What makes you a good fit
- Fluent Oral speaking and written English.

Minimum bachelor’s degree.

Result Driven & Growth mindset.

At least 6y working years working experience in FMCG industry, like skin care, PC, HC and foods.

Good at end-to-end marketing scope.
- Good knowledge on business channels, close with business.
