Key leader and contributor for translating consumer and market needs into brand innovation success, also the gate keeper of brand communication and content to demonstrate brand experience and recognition.
What you´ll do
- Develop and define innovation 5 yrs pipeline for category priority demand space to drive growth.

Lead process to define local winning strategy for each innovation, own the JBTD deliver successful launch including concept creation and validation, packaging, business case, launch plan, communication and assets in local market to ensure its local consumer & competition set & business relevancy.

Stay alert to external market and consumer trends, partner with CMI to leverage consumer and market insight to deliver data driven strategy and plans.

Own brand positioning and brand assets and embed the desire brand experience with cross brand team.
- Lead development of communication/creative platform, integrated marketing plan and its activation/content to achieve communication objectives.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

5+ years’ working experience in brand and product management (FMCG preferred) with proven track record on delivering product launch.

Strong experience in consumer understanding and marketing activation.

Excellent planning and organizational skills, being able to prioritize long term & short-term tasks.
- Excellent fluency in written/spoken English and Chinese.
