Associate Director, Omni Channel Strategy & Operation Management
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and collaborate across functions to increase digital acumen and capability building for EP brands by exploring digital promotion models across multiple channels to bring sustainable business impact.
- Establish a framework and capabilities for digital operations, executing brand strategies across multiple channels to enhance category penetration, brand share, and patient loyalty.
- Coordinate with cross-functions to manage operations for e-commerce and internet platforms.
- Explore digital promotion models and capability building for non-target terminals.
- Develop a long-term brand strategy to drive sustainable business growth, including brand positioning for EP brands in e-commerce across all channels, identifying business opportunities, and designing brand activities across multiple channels (online, offline, hospitals) while managing promotional operations with cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish capabilities for omnichannel digital operations. Based on channel layout and product characteristics, develop integrated channel strategies and action plans for the brand across different channels to achieve business objectives. Clearly define the brand's image positioning and promotional strategies in each channel, drive brand implementation across multiple channels, and utilize digital means to engage users and enhance brand influence. Take responsibility for the omnichannel business results of the assigned brand, ensuring the achievement of business goals.
- Develop a reasonable channel marketing promotion budget, allocate it appropriately based on channel and regional conditions, and ensure the effectiveness and compliance of promotion expenses.
- As an individual contributor, ensure the effective implementation and execution of brand strategies, demonstrating VACC leadership and influencing the larger organization. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders relevant to EP brand building and operations to ensure the achievement of growth and business objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
- Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, with pharmacy, marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or other related majors preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry or e-commerce industry. Experience in pharmaceutical e-commerce is preferred, especially practical experience in the planning, operation, and promotion of medical e-commerce business.
- Strong sense of purpose, able to lead the team to achieve set sales targets.
- Build a high-performance team to drive the execution of brand strategies across multiple channels with cross-functional collaborations.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the characteristics of different channels and formulate tailored operational strategies.
- Possess innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong budget management skills, capable of continuously adjusting and improving efficiency based on business conditions.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with different departments within the company and external partners.
