HybridWhat you will do
Lead Ali & Douyin channel growth strategy development and implement all key initiatives to GMV & Sellout Target, responsible for channel P&L and continuously optimize trade spending.
1. Develop key channel (Ail/Douyin) strategy based on consumer insight and platform insight.
2. Responsible for Ail & TikTok monthly Sellout target setting and achievement.
3. Collaborate with the data team to analyze and optimize the paid-media efficiency of E Ail/ Douyin.
4. Build deep collaborative relationships with clients, proactively secure resources, and create more growth opportunities for the brand.
5. Initiate regular meetings with TP for overall collaboration and optimize operation
6. Collaborate with MKT & EMKT team to integrate brand resources and drive the growth of clients’ business.
7. Optimize TP & AP investment to improve channel P&L
8. Complete other related work assigned by line manager
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. 3+ years in e-commerce operations with 1 year hands-on experience on Alibaba or Douyin platforms; proficient in platform rules/tools (e.g., Qianniu, Douyin’s Ocean Engine).
3. Familiar with end-to-end e-commerce processes (product selection, promotion, conversion, retention); prior experience in hit product launches/live streaming preferred.
4. Strong business mindset and daily running business skillset .
5. Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills.
6. High sense of responsibility
7. Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
