Production Unit ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supports the regional hub manager in all business-related administrative tasks, including conducting targeted research, compiling and verifying information for accuracy, as well as creating specialized reports, presentations, organizational charts, official correspondence, and other relevant documents to facilitate decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Arranging business-critical events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers.
- Communication: Takes charge of diverse communication tasks within the scope of responsibilities, ensuring the effective sharing of knowledge and information, and keeping all relevant stakeholders in the regional hub updated with timely and accurate insights. Additionally, provides support in maintaining positive relationships with government agencies, public services, and other relevant authorities to facilitate smooth communication.
- Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of corporate events, assisting in hosting annual meetings to ensure their smooth operation, actively promoting and participating in community outreach programs, and undertaking other relevant tasks aimed at enhancing and positively showcasing the company’s brand image.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 8+ years’ experience of secretary or team assistant in multi-national company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent in MS Office software.
- Fluent in English both written and reading.
