Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IBP Process: Drive the monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle across APAC, including Regional Demand Reviews with leadership. Monitor forecast accuracy and analyze key variances by country and product.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with commercial, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to build consensus on forecasts, commercial strategies, and mitigation plans.
- Strategic Demand Planning: Develop rolling 24-month demand plans incorporating market trends, sales pipelines, and product lifecycle events (launches, phase-outs, inventory risks).
- Scenario & Risk Planning: Use scenario modeling to assess risks and support agile, informed business decisions.
- Forecast Reconciliation: Bridge gaps between S&OP forecasts, actual sales, and financial outlooks (LBE).
- Process & Tool Optimization: Continuously improve planning tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Problem Solving & Leadership: Tackle ambiguity, resolve planning challenges, and lead cross-functional teams toward solutions.
- IBP Maturity: Advance the IBP journey by strengthening the Commercial Demand Management Review process and ensuring seamless information flow across functions.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in demand planning area.
- Experience in healthcare industry (Both medical device and Pharma are acceptable).
- Experience in managing demand planning at country level with Sr. leadership team exposure.
- Experience in other APAC region is preferred.
