To strengthen our team in Zhangjiagang , we are looking for you as a(n) Admin Intern .

Job Responsibilities

• Take and pass on messages to expedite a response including answer receiving phones, fax delivery, mail in/out both from internal and external to ensure all the correspondence.
• Perform daily office supply activities: work meal, drinking water, office consuming and stationery.
• Transportation coordinate including company car pool and shuttle bus.
• Monthly Admin related bill checking, record maintain, and payment follow up.
• Other assignment from Admin Supervisor.
  

Qualifications Required

• Diploma or above degree with major in English and Administration preferred.
• Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
• Familiar with MS office software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Have a high sense of accountability and team work.
