岗位概述：
负责新生产线的蜗轮及注塑齿轮制造工艺的建立、优化和数字化整合。
岗位职责：
- 建立标准工作程序，确保制造工艺的一致性和可重复性，需具备良好的注塑工艺控制、模具设计及预防性维护知识。
- 配置和验证蜗轮和齿轮生产设备的数字控制系统。
- 通过数字系统进行数据分析，以提高生产周期、降低废品率，并评估维护周期及工具成本。
- 排查齿轮缺陷（例如点蚀、噪音、磨损）并确保符合DIN/AGMA/JIS标准。
- 实施实时监测解决方案，确保齿轮质量（例如齿瓣精度、齿隙、表面光洁度）。
任职要求：
- 大专或以上学历，材料科学、机械工程、制造工程等相关专业。
- 3-5年或以上齿轮注塑相关经验。
- 熟悉塑料行业多种生产技术，特别是高精度塑料齿轮和蜗轮组件。
- 良好的内外部沟通能力。
- 系统的解决问题能力。
- 有一定的英语能力。
