About the Role
协助中支机构做好产品服务及绩优人员推动工作
【岗位职责】
1、对新产品或现有产品有自己的见解能力，能够分析产品的卖点和亮点。
2、承担公司产品业务指标目标达成。
3、组织、协调渠道培训和产品宣讲。
4、根据分公司培训规划，对总公司课程进行本地化，制定总部课程的落地执行方案，安排内部培训。
5、 产说会的组织、举办、主讲。
6、根据新产品上线安排，利用总公司标准版本产品宣传资料，制作活动推动电子海报等电子化推动工具，以确保新产品按期有效落地。
7、给予营销员渠道团队提供培训与大单支持，包括现场培训、大单辅导与成功案例分享、线上培训、大单销售支持等，确保渠道重点活动顺利进行，提升大额交易能力，推动大单成交。
8、执行主管安排的其他事宜。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历。
2、3-5年保险营销经验，有研究产品及产品宣讲推广经验优先。
3、形象佳，学习能力强，良好的人际沟通能力和协调组织能力。
