PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for the business development of strategic Analytical products via in-field visit and scientific talk with customers within the specified geographical region.
Conduct scientific seminars or lectures to customers on strategic products.
Collaborate with regional sales team to drive business growth.
Taking feedback from customers regarding their product requirements or needs for supporting marketing team to develop a better marketing strategy for increasing sales business.
STRATEGIC FOCUS:
Develop business opportunities of analytical products and drive financial revenues.
Develop business relationships network within customer organizations with multiple departmental personnel and functions.
Closely work with local/regional account managers with great collaborations to understand the customers and the market.
Who you are:
PhD or Master degree major in Analytical Chemistry
Technical experience in the chromatography (HPLC, UHPLC, GC or LC-MS) is mandatory. Large molecule drug analytical experience is preferred.
2-3 years’ working experience as field application scientist in pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrable strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven success in sales and business development would be preferred.
Requires domestic travel.
Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Fluent in both English and Chinese
