Your role:
- MEC:Handle month-end-closing procedures for assigned entities, including but not limited to the following tasks, to submit Sales reports and P&L statements in line with international standards and guidelines, and to meet the KPIs set by the group:
- Cost object settlement (Cost Center, Internal Order, Work Breakdown Structure/ WBS)
- Data Reconciliation between the SAP FI and CO module, also Reporting systems
- Proactive follow-up on troubleshooting for errors or outstanding topics from MEC
- Support the ABP team or other stakeholders in analyzing the Sales and P&L Report to identify the reasons behind any abnormal or unreasonable changes
- Timely submit other Cluster II reporting (IT Report, MGF Report) with good quality.
- Finance service delivery:Deliver high-quality services to internal customers, such as cost center cycle maintenance in SAP, data extraction and provision, through Finance4U requests or emails within the stipulated time to ensure the KPI is met.
- ICS governance:Drive the implementation of standardized ICS control points, provide the required data, and offer other support to coordinate with external and internal audits.
- ERP project:Provide backup support for various ERP projects, such as ERP upgrades, regression testing, or setup, to ensure a smooth closing process after the project goes live.
