About the Role
Responsible for closing sales of various types of insurance policies in order to meet individual / team quotas and company business objectives
岗位资格
- 大学本科及以上学历
- 通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试
- 5年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）
- 具备管理销售团队的经验
- 熟悉保险及金融业务知识
- 较强的沟通协调能力
岗位职责
- 同辖内网点核心管理人员建立良好关系，深化辖内网点关系，达成既定的团队业绩目标
- 协助渠道负责人完成必要的分行沟通工作
- 分析辖内网点客户特征，合理制定业务规划
- 组织网点客户活动
- 下属销售团队管理，包括活动量、渠道管理、业绩等
- 渠道支持经理的招募、辅导、培训和大单辅导
- 按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作
