WHAT YOU WILL DO
- 负责车间的安全工作，检查督促安全管理规定的执行情况。
- 对操作工进行安全生产的指导，监督纠正生产过程中的习惯性违章作业。
- 负责现场作业票的签发，确认安全措施的落实情况，并负责现场作业过程中的安全监督，如动火安全措施的落实并确保动火安全。
- 负责现场承包商的检查，并评定安全用品和劳动保护用品是否达标，提请对现场违章行为的处罚。
- 负责新进人员的HSE培训，并负责新进承包商的HSE培训和档案维护。
- 每天深入现场检查，发现隐患及时整改，做好隐患排查工作。
- 负责区域的防火巡查，定期抽查区域的消防设备，确保区域消防设施的完好性。
- 负责公司内外的巡逻，并做好巡逻记录，及时处理巡逻过程中发现的不安全事件并监督员工及承包商的劳动纪律。
- 实行安全终止权，有权制止任何人的违章行为。
- EHS 经理交办的其他工作。
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 化工或者安全相关专业大专及以上学历，或有相关现场安全管理经验。
- 责任心强，细心，有较强的逻辑能力。
- 熟悉 Office 软件。
