职位描述:
1.掌握产品和疾病基本知识,掌握和运用市场学知识和市场营销的基本原则和工具。
2.分析市场,了解区内市场潜力及竞争情况,并及时反馈。
3.理解和贯彻产品的推广策略和信息,配合区内情况,提出修改建议。
4.跟进和强化销售队伍的产品和疾病知识,跟进销售队伍对产品信息的传递及推广策略的执行。
5.统筹进行区内推广资源分配,制定推广活动计划。
6.跟进及监控推广活动的执行,分析投入产出,发挥最大效益。
7.定期拜访学术带头人,建立区域各学科专家队伍,取得专家的支持。
任职要求:
教育背景/语言:
医药及相关专业本科以上学历,具备工作所需要的一定英语听说读写能力
专业技术能力:
熟练掌握产品知识,了解相关医学知识,具备一定的市场分析和业务规划能力,具备较强的业务实施能力。
有相关领域经验为佳
