Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- 负责超融合一体机自研分布式存储系统的整体架构设计与核心模块开发
- 作为超融合软件的核心部分，设计高性能、高可靠的分布式存储解决方案
- 主导分布式存储系统在海光/飞腾芯片及麒麟OS环境下的性能调优与稳定性保障
- 解决分布式存储中的高可用、数据一致性、扩展性等关键技术难题
- 实现冷热数据自动识别、I/O数据本地化、机架感知、数据自动均衡恢复等高级存储特性
- 负责超融合系统横向扩展方案设计，消除系统IO瓶颈，提升整体性能
- 与OpenStack等云平台深度集成，确保存储服务的高效协同与无缝对接
- 持续跟踪存储技术前沿，主导技术选型与创新方案落地
Job Requirements
- 精通分布式存储系统架构设计，具备5年以上大规模分布式存储系统开发经验
- 扎实掌握海光/飞腾芯片架构及麒麟OS系统调优能力，熟悉国产化环境适配与优化
- 熟练掌握C/C++等编程语言，深入理解Linux内核及文件系统原理
- 熟悉OpenStack架构，特别是Cinder、Swift等存储相关组件的集成与优化
- 具备复杂分布式系统问题排查与性能调优的实战经验
- 深刻理解分布式存储是超融合行业的关键技术，能够把握技术发展趋势
- 有超融合一体机产品研发经验，了解计算、存储和网络虚拟化整合方案
Preferred Add-ons
- 有Ceph、GlusterFS等开源分布式存储项目深度参与或二次开发经验者优先
- 在金融等行业主导过生产级超融合国产平台云解决方案建设者优先
- 具备大规模分布式存储集群(100+节点)部署与运维经验
- 对智能云、AI训练等场景的存储需求有深刻理解与实践经验
- 持续关注存储技术前沿，具备技术前瞻性判断能力，能将行业最新成果转化为产品竞争力
- 有国产平台生态建设经验，熟悉国产化软硬件适配与调优流程
