We are hiring an HR&Admin Manager and Global Employee Engagement Coordinator. This dual-role position combines:

全球员工参与度协调:优化并实施计划以提升员工福利、促进员工福祉、培育包容性文化,并维护全球公平合规的工作环境。
Global Employee Engagement Coordination: Optimize and implement programs to enhance employee benefits, workforce well-being, foster inclusive cultures, and maintain a fair and compliant work environment globally.

救护中心人事行政管理:担任四川龙桥黑熊救护中心人事行政经理,确保机构人事行政运营的高效性与合规性。

The Chengdu Bear Rescue Centre (CBRC) HR&Admin Management: Serve as the HR&Admin Manager for CBRC, ensuring the efficiency and compliance of the organisation's HR&Admin operations.

一、岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

1)全球员工参与度 / Global Employee Engagement

福利与福祉计划:优化并实施与组织目标一致的全球福祉计划和主导员工关怀项目。
Well-being & Benefits Programs: Optimize and implement global well-being initiatives aligned with organisational goals, and lead employee care programs.
1.员工关系与冲突解决:调解跨文化职场冲突,开展公正调查并解决冲突。
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Mediate cross-cultural workplace conflicts, conduct fair investigations, and resolve disputes.
2.文化与参与度:开发团队建设活动及包容性沟通计划,确保参与度计划与组织目标一致。
Culture & Engagement: Develop team-building initiatives and inclusive communication programs, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

2)救护中心人事行政管理 / HR&Admin Management for CBRC

1.领导救护中心人事行政职能,作为救护中心总监的首席人力资源顾问和战略伙伴。
Lead the HR&Admin function for the rescue centre, acting as the primary HR advisor and strategic partner to China Director.
2.高效管理本地人事行政团队及日常工作流程。
Effectively manage the local HR&Admin team and daily operations.
3.结合本土需求落地全球人力资源计划。
Adapt and implement global HR initiatives to local needs.
4.通过跨部门信任关系推动团队协作、辅导与冲突管理。
Foster cross-team collaboration, coaching, and conflict resolution through trusted relationships.
5.负责员工培训与发展,主导培训计划的制定和实施,制定和实施管理人才规划;
Responsible for employee training and development, leading the development and implementation of training programs, and developing and implementing management talent planning.
6.确保劳动法规合规性。
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7.主导员工绩效管理(含考核流程)。
Oversee employee performance management, including the appraisal process.
8.运用技术(如HRIS、分析工具)优化HR流程。
Optimize HR processes using HRIS and analytics tools.
9.监督并指导招聘及雇主品牌建设。
Supervise and guide recruitment and employer branding efforts.
10.管理并实施薪酬政策。
Manage and implement compensation policies.
11.统筹部门财务预算,持续提升效能与成本效益。
Manage the HR budget and drive cost efficiency.
12.监管行政团队(采购、办公室管理、车队管理等)。
Supervise administrative teams (procurement, office administration, vehicle fleet management).

二、任职要求 / Job Requirements

1)技能/能力 / Skills & Abilities

1.具备员工参与度/员工体验框架及项目设计的实战经验和项目管理经验。
Proven experience in employee engagement/experience program design and project management.
2.拥有多元文化背景下冲突调解经验。
Experience in conflict resolution in multicultural settings.
3.具备优秀的沟通和演讲经验。
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4.具优秀的的战略分析能力,能通过数据驱动决策。
Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of data-driven decision-making.

2)知识 / Knowledge

1.具备国际HR实践经验。
Understanding international HR best practices.
2.深入了解劳动法和劳动合同法。
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
3.掌握员工参与度与体验管理的原则及技术。
Familiarity with employee engagement and experience principles.
4.熟练使用HR软件及办公软件等。
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

3)经验 / Experience

1.具备8年及以上人事团队管理经验。
8+ years of HR team management experience.
2.有全球推广员工参与度计划的成功案例。
Track record of scaling employee engagement programs globally.
3.有企业文化发展经验(企业或国际环境优先)。
Experience in corporate culture development (preferably in multinational settings).

4)学历/语言 / Education & Language

1.本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学、组织发展等相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in HR, Psychology, Organisational Development, or related fields).
2.优秀的英语书面及口语能力,且能听懂四川方言。
Fluent in English (written & spoken), with understanding of Sichuan dialect.

税前薪资:9000-11000元/月

Salary: RMB9000-11000Yuan/month (gross)

福利/Job Benefits:五险一金,带薪年假,员工体检,周末双休,其他
Housing Fund & Social Insurance, paid annual leave, staff health check, weekends off, others
