RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, repair and regular maintenance at customer sites in the Asia-Pacific region
- Quickly diagnose equipment failures (mechanical/electrical/control systems), provide solutions and implement them
- Handle emergency service requests and reduce customer downtime.
- As a technical interface, communicate with customers about the operation status of the equipment, the causes of failures and preventive measures
- Organize customer on-site technical training to enhance customer autonomy
- Collect customer feedback to promote product improvement or service process optimization
- Coordinate with local agents or third-party service teams to ensure consistent service quality
- Assist the headquarters in compiling after-sales technical documents (bilingual in Chinese and English) in the Asia-Pacific region.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering, electrical automation, refrigeration or related engineering background; More than
- 3 years of on-site service experience in industrial equipment (such as refrigeration units, compressors, pumps and valves, etc.);
- Proficient in reading electrical drawings, mechanical drawings and PLC programs
- With a valid passport, you can travel to the Asia-Pacific region
- Independently complete the mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
- Fluent in English (written + spoken), able to communicate technically
- Familiar with safety norms or industry standards in the Asia-Pacific region
- Experience in agent management or overseas project coordination is preferred
Hold electrician certificate and other qualifications
