We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Accurately identify customer needs and assist customers in completing transactions/services in a timely, accurate and professional manner through appropriate channels (including but not limited to: digital banking, call center, etc.)
- Assist branches in providing efficient, high-quality customer service and a satisfying customer experience.
- Perform KYC (know your customer) and comply with relevant laws and regulations to reduce operational risks. Be vigilant about potential risks associated with services and transactions (e.g. fraud, etc.), report and/or escalate risks and issues in a timely manner, if needed.
- Based on customers’ needs, identify sales opportunities and refer customers to sales personnel with the relevant qualifications for further discussion, portfolio/product review and service. Assist the bank in achieving its sales targets and wealth management strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or above (recognized by the state).
- Has strong sense of responsibility for work and excellent learning ability.
- Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills.
- Has organizational and coordination skill as well as strong self-motivation skill.
- Able to communicate well both in English and Chinese.
