UC Appraiser(二手车评估师)

Company :

1、开拓二手车客户市场，包括配合销售部、售后部进行车辆评估，参与售后赢取和金融赢取工作；

2、协调新车、售后客户车辆和二车手置换业务，评估二手车置换价格；

3、对新车销售顾问进行二手车置换业务的培训指导；

4、定时向厂方汇报二手车业务的完成情况（周报、月报等报表）；

5、保证二手车评估流程的合规性，提升客户满意度，处理客户投诉，进行客户沟通回访，及时回应客户咨询；

6、完成二手车车辆信息系统、二手车部门相关文档中客户资料的准确、完整录入；

7、完成上级领导或公司安排的其他工作。
