Responsibilities: * Lead and drive collective performance of frontline sales to meet overall business outcomes assigned for investment products* Develop portfolio strategies and business plans with District Heads and Branch Managers to optimise sales capacity and effectiveness* Deliver CIO market updates and house views on timely basis and provide clear tactical strategy leveraging on CIO and GFM views to sales staff to enhance their functional competencies & professionalism in the course of interacting with customers* Provide professional support and service to sales staff and customers on regular portfolio review for customers with sales staff. Conduct direct customer follow up in accordance to our CBG contact strategy* Manage assigned portfolio across branches to resolve complex enquiries and complaints* Provide regular and timely feedback to product taskforce team on customer acceptability on new investment products, services and sales issues* Compliance with physical and information security standards* Other project or initiatives assigned by line managerRequirements* Education: Bachelor or above* At least 5 years experience in banks and with 3 years solid sales experience in foreign banks related to investment business* Record excellent sales results on investment businessPossess sales management and coaching skills to achieve team performanceFunctional competencies* Possess excellent knowledge of investment market trends and competitive activities and be able to react and identify opportunities in response to the changing landscape* Excellent sales and service attitude* Able to communicate well with internal and external customers* Able to work under pressure and as a good team player* Intend to develop his/her career in banking fieldTechnical competencies* Good communication and problem solving skill* Fluent in both English and Chinese writing and speaking is a MUST* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
