岗位目标: 满足工程师需要转化测试的需求；确保满足实验室日常检测的需求，包括安全，质量、速率等。

JOB PURPOSE: Satisfy the transformation of engineers' testing needs; Ensure the safety, quality and velocity requirements of daily laboratory testing.

岗位职责:

JOB DUTIES:

1. Comply with the safety regulations and precautions of service venues, be able to identify safety risks, and make suggestions for safety improvements.
遵守岗位安全规定及注意事项，能对岗位安全风险进行识别并突出改进建议。
2. Be familiar with the principles of NDT testing and sample requirements, inspect and accept mechanical testing samples according to operating procedures and drawing requirements, record and report quality issues.
熟悉无损检测原理及样品要求，按照操作规程和图纸要求验收无损检测样品，记录并反馈质量问题。
3. Operate the NDT equipment in accordance with equipment safety operating procedures and standard requirements, record the test results, and issue a mechanical testing report. Including: MT, RT, PT, UT, etc.
按照设备安全操作规程及标准要求，操作无损检测设备，并记录检测结果，出具无损检测报告。包括但不限于：磁粉检测、射线检测、渗透检测 、超声检测等。
4. Report any abnormalities during the testing process, including: equipment, samples, environment, etc.
报告检测过程中的异常，包括但不限于： 设备、样品、环境等。
5. Management of NDT testing samples, including: storage, disposal, retesting, etc.
无损检测样品管理，包括但不限于：储存、报废、再检测等。

背景/经验:

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

1. Understand the safety regulations of Caterpillar.
了解卡特彼勒的安全文化和要求。
2. Proactive and enthusiastic about work.
积极主动，富有工作热情。

3. College degree or above, 3 years work experience or above.

大专及以上学历，3年以上工作经验。

4. Got welding non-destructive testing related certificates

拥有焊接无损检测相关证书

5、Good consciousness of 5S & TPM

具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念
