Who you are:
Support and actively contribute to maintain and improve defined quality level of products/processes in accordance with legal requirements, Alfa Laval standard/specifications and customer requirements.
About the job:
- Monthly monitor the production and provide daily, weekly, monthly data and trends of quality output.
- Analyzing, identifying, and implementing production process improvements which will improve quality capability and performance.
- Participate in DSB to help make necessary improvements and changes to all process related issues in the production department.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, making recommendations
- Coordinate with other departments to follow up the corrective actions
- Assist to handle with customer claims
- Lead the separator and CBM class certification
- Coach, train, and direct inspectors to improve their capability and skills.
- Working on the internal standardization implementation.
- Support internal and external ISO audits of both 14001 and 9001 – as directed by quality manger
What you know:
- At least 3-year-experience as quality engineer
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Experience in machining/assembly process technologies
- Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Good investigative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- At least good English written ability.
