We are looking for a tech–savvy individual with a comprehensive understanding of China’s Fin-Tech market. The key objective is to identify and introduce high-quality Chinese Fin-Tech solutions to DBS in Singapore and overseas markets, enhancing our global offerings.
This role is crucial in driving the success of DTC. It involves collaborating closely with the Singapore team to introduce and onboard suitable tech solutions, provide operational supports for successful delivery and implementation, and cultivate robust internal and external relationships.

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field;
- A solid and well-rounded tech background, with 20 years+ experience in Fin-Tech or related fields;
- With a proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams of 10+ professionals.
- In-depth understanding of China’s Fin-Tech market dynamics and trends;
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills for global operations;;
- A high level of integrity and ethical standards in business conduct;
- Demonstrate good understanding of third-party management including outsourcing, service provider management, outsourcing and banking regulatory as well as experience in risk and governance activities;
- Good planning and other project management skills, including strong organisation skills;
- Must be solutions oriented, ability to work and communicate with all levels of management and staff;
- Self-driven, passionate about hands-on;
- Performance-oriented individuals who is passionate about driving change through innovation;
- Ability and experience in preparing and delivering presentations;
- Good written and oral communication in both English and Chinese.
