We are seeking a Techno Functional Consultant (L1) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end ERP implementations, supporting solution architecture, and enhancing system efficiency through process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle ERP implementation from requirement gathering to deployment
- Analyze business needs and provide optimal technical-functional solutions
- Customize and integrate ERP systems through coding and configuration
- Support solutioning teams with technical design, testing, and rollouts
- Provide post-deployment support and resolve system-related issues
- Collaborate with clients to advise on change requests and system improvements
- Develop automation tools and optimize business processes
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in a techno-functional ERP role
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium
- Proficiency in ERP customization, integration, and technical coding
- Solid understanding of ERP architecture, system design, and functional flows
- Experience in production support, issue resolution, and change management
- Familiarity with testing cycles: SIT, UAT, regression, and functional testing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation and process improvement tools
- Certifications in relevant ERP platforms or tools
- Exposure to cross-functional business processes
