As a Technical Support Specialist, you will join our Bang & Olufsen APAC Service Team in Shanghai. You will support both online and offline retailers, handle repairs, and contribute to product quality improvements, while also being involved in company events. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a fresh, motivated team of 15 colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Support both online/offline retailers from technical and product perspective.
- Inspect and repair products in the workshop, process orders in service and repair systems.
- Collect and report quality issues to support product improvement.
- Company event support, including installation and technical consultants.
- Parameters for effective performance: Repair lead-time and quality, retailer/customer satisfaction.
You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support and a solid foundation in technology. You’ve worked in consumer electronics or home appliances.
Moreover, you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Commitment to customer service excellence and people development.
- Open-minded, capable of adjusting to project needs, motivated, and detail-oriented mindset.
- IT skills: MS Office; ERP experience (SAP).
- Language skills: Mandarin at proficiency level and English at intermediate level: read/write/speak.
You will be part of a growing, inspiring APAC Service Team, working closely with 5 colleagues based in Shanghai and 10 in Hong Kong. The team is supportive, collaborative, and focused on delivering service excellence.
