Job Title:
Technical Sales Manager- BPC- East & North China
Summary:
This position will be responsible for the sales activities for Personal Care business in East & North China. This role will have primary responsibility for the customer interface of Personal Care customers and distributors. He/she will interact heavily with a core business team comprised of marketing, technology and ADE to close new business opportunities that will expand Momentive’s share in the Personal Care market.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and grow the Personal Care business through further penetration, expansion and diversification of the customer base, to ensure that activities generate profitable growth.
- Driving growth at or above AOP and NPI target levels.
- Work closely with distributors to grow our business at responsible customers.
- Work closely in conjunction with marketing, technology, ADE and product manager to drive results.
- Effectively collecting market intelligence and feeding it back into marketing team.
- Ensure the team delivers compelling technical presentations to drive sales.
- Develop key account strategy and execute it to grow.
- Work with other members in other regions for global customers.
