Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、设计和规划智能硬件（IoT）等设备的软件系统架构，包括应用程序、驱动程序和操作系统的集成。
2、熟悉 CV、LLM、MLLM 模型的能力分布和部署，精通系统资源调用优化，提升 LLM 的运行精度及速度。
3、结合业务需求进行模型优化和调整，常态化与多部门沟通，管理 LLM 部署的内外部资源。
4、评估新技术和趋势，为产品的技术方向提供建议，确保软件架构的先进性和适应性。
5、带领跨团队解决复杂的技术问题，进行性能优化和故障排除；协调资源，管理项目进度和风险。
6、与其他部门合作，确保软件与硬件的兼容性和协同工作。
7、与产品经理、设计师和测试团队紧密合作，理解用户需求，提供技术解决方案。
8、培养和提升团队成员的技术能力，促进团队的技术成长。
9、参与技术交流和分享，推动团队的技术创新和进步。
岗位要求：
1、计算机科学、电子工程、系统软件设计或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、至少 5 年以上软件开发经验或相关领域经验，有新 AI 设备（智能硬件、IoT）开发经验者优先，有成功带领团队完成多个项目的开发经历优先。
3、熟悉操作系统原理，如 Linux、Android、Windows 等。
4、了解硬件驱动程序开发和调试技术，有良好的性能优化和故障排除能力。
5、具备较强的学习能力和创新精神，能够快速适应新技术和新环境；能够适应快节奏工作环境，具备多任务处理能力。
6、对新市场动态及相关创新有浓厚兴趣。
7、具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够进行跨区域、跨文化交流合作。
8、有较强的团队合作意识和创新思维，具备一定的抗压能力。
