What this job involves,
为客户办公现场提供设施相关的维护保养及维修服务;
确保客户办公区域的电力,空调,专用消防等系统的正常运行;
按要求定期检查(验收)设备的运行情况,记录并报告任何运行故障;
接收客户的日常维修要求,报告给上级主管并定期汇总更新;
对于影响客户营运的紧急设备故障要提供即时响应处理,要能够接受加班安排;
按主管安排给客户提供环保、健康、安全方面的必要支持;
在紧急情况下(如恶劣天气、供电中断)协助客户进行危急响应、停业安排的有关处理;
协调维修承办商的现场维修整改工作,监督、验收其工作质量和成果;
协助就公共物业、设施的使用、管理问题与大楼物业管理部进行沟通协调;
根据设备的维护保养计划,进行日常的操作和维护,组织并协调,监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作;
设备系统的运行记录、维修及维护保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作

Desired experience and technical skills
Required
电工操作,中央空调设备操作、维修工作经验5年以上,其中担任工程管理类工作2年以上;
持有电工操作证;
熟练电脑操作,办公软件使用;
有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力,能阅读CAD图纸;
具有积极主动的工作精神,善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作
Preferred
大专以上学历,工程类相关专业
熟悉使用邮件沟通
英语读写能力
