- Partner development and management to optimize online loan processing through interface with partners
- Partner contract negotiation in consultation with L&C, GPS
- Facilitate system integration between each Partner, T&O, Credit, Finance, L&C, vendors (CUPD, FICO etc) by ensuring comprehensiveness of BRDs, FSDs
- Minimize effort on system enhancement to fulfill each new Partner’s requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to facilitate and enhance channel productivity
- Work closely with RMG to support BAU monitoring the loan performance from different partners and regularly optimize the quality of incoming cases from partners
- Stay current with market practices and identify opportunities for growth
- Fully support partnership integration and new business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk management and internal policy requirements
- 10 years of proven track record in channel and partnership development
- Experience and background in lending biz
- Experience and background in digital companies/fintech in driving partnerships, acquisition and engagement
- Desire and interest in operating digital channels and innovation
- Ability to excel under a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent mentoring and coaching skills
