Develop, motivate and coach recruiting coordinator staff to ensure that proper processes and practices are being implemented.
Maintain knowledge and identify trends in recruiting such as, wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general personnel practices.
Manage the recruitment process to ensure all required data on applicants, processes and the final hiring decision meets company standards.
Ensure that exceptions are properly authorized.
Monitor applicant flow to insure that the candidate flow is large and diverse.
Ensure that administrative procedures are accurate and performed in a timely manner to support the recruitment process.
Supervise and evaluate performance of junior staff.
Recommend salary increases, promotions, hires and terminations.
Serve as first level of escalation for staffing issues.
