We’re looking for a System Solution Engineer to join our growing team where we are building the future of data center cooling solutions and maintaining existing systems for our customers.
- Thermal Load System Calculation:
- Comprehensive understanding of thermal load system architecture for both air and liquid-cooled systems.
- Ability to select, design, and calculate components and products to build the system infrastructure.
- Ability to draw the full system PID with product selection and flow calculation including temp level and piping size.
- Define the system level architecture design and specify the requirement for the system simulation and calculation team.
- System Illustration:
- Provide detailed system drawings and illustrations to help customers understand proposed solutions.
- Illustrate energy flow and system layout together with the System Architecture
- Bein a sparing partner for the system architecture and define a technical variable solution
- Customer Liaison:
- Act as the link between the customer and product lines.
- Understand customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Be the voice of customer towards the System architecture and system provider
- Innovation and IP Protection:
- Convert innovative solutions into patents.
- Collaborate with the Intellectual Property (IP) department to protect these innovations.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of data center thermal management. They should be able to work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into effective and innovative solutions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A bachelor’s degree in plant engineering, Mechanical Engineer with expiriance in Thermal Engineering or , Energy Engineering, or Energy Plant Engineering or similar education is required. A master’s degree or higher in these fields is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in system design is required, ideally within data center thermal management, oil and gas, petrochemical engineering, or similar industrial environments. Proven expertise in both air- and liquid-cooled systems is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of current trends and challenges in data center thermal management is essential. Experience working with large-scale or hyperscale data centers is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in system design and architecture, with a focus on thermal management. Ability to select, design, and calculate components for air and liquid-cooled systems.
- Proficiency in design and simulation tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and a solid understanding of simulation environments. A strong blend of technical expertise, system-level thinking, and a customer-focused approach is highly valued.
- Experience in cabling and piping system design, including bending calculations, pressure drop analysis, and accurate sizing to ensure efficient and reliable infrastructure performance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work with complex systems and infrastructures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and translate their needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to innovate and convert these innovations into patents. Experience in IP protection would be beneficial.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work closely with customers to understand and fulfill their needs
