Responsibilities & Skills
Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Software Development Engineer intern to join the APAC Application team focused on FPGA software development and support. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.
Accountabilities:
Develop and support FPGA software for the Chinese market, including software localization, software support for customized products, writing design documentation, and creating/maintaining test cases.
Provide technical support for software issues in customer FPGA applications, collect problems and feedback, and continuously improve software quality.
Explore the application of AI models in FPGA development.
Required Skills:
MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience with C/C++, Python, TCL and Shell on LINUX and/or WINDOWS platforms.
Familiar with System Verilog or Verilog HDL and related EDA software.
Strong passion for exploring new technologies, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills.
Experience in developing large-scale software systems is preferred.
Experience in EDA software development is preferred.
Experience in using and developing AI models is preferred.
