- Support Tariff impact project and Topworx business
- Tackle material quality issue from redlight system and recover the ASCO production line
- Tackle suppliers' non-conformance issues
- Work with suppliers to improve their performance with quality tools PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA
- Become better at how to use all inspection instruments, such as calipers, micrometer, microscope, CMM, projector and contractor.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or above in n mechanic/Electric design and process. Master quality management theory, method and tools.
- More than 5years working experience in supplier quality control, Auto / valve field will be better
- Have die-casting suppliers, Stamping & Spring, machining, plastics injection's quality control experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate optimally with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, capable to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in both Oral and Written English
