Job Description
- APQP: Manage supplier APQP activities to ensure followed Somfy PQAR process and project flawless launch. Take the initiative and necessary actions to ensure suppliers meet all Somfy requirements and specifications during every phase. Do escalation with pre-alert mindset based on data analysis and fact.
- PPAP approval: Execute supplier manufacturing readiness via PPAP guidance, validate and approve supplier material, process and initial samples.
- Supplier project KPI evaluation and monitor: Develop, monitor and report supplier project performance (KPIs), quality issues and development actions. Share project evaluation results with project core team, supplier development, commodity buyer, designer or equivalent stakeholders.
- Supplier audit: Perform supplier GFIS audit before initial sample production and supplier process audit after initial sample approved.
- Continuous improvement: By Lean Six Sigma and risk-based methodologies, identify needed improvements with supplier capabilities to ensure conformance with Somfy specification, requirement and project needed.
- Responsible for electronical components like PCBA, battery pack supplier project quality management, represents the “Voice of Supplier” to Somfy and “Voice of Somfy” to suppliers.
Qualifications

2.High willingness to learn, to develop, to improvement.
3.Strong cross functional collaboration skills & experiences.
4. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, quality engineering or equivalent experience.
5.Have 0~3 years of experiences, in the field of production, quality, supplier quality, process engineering or test engineering.
6.Have a good knowledge of basic quality management and tools like ISO9001, 8D, Pareto Chart, Histogram, Control Plan FMEA etc.
7.English skills allowed you to communicate project with international teams.
