· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the operations team.
· Monitor and manage inventory for order processing, and coordinate with the IC department to prevent any discrepancies
· Deliver excellent and all-rounded customer services
· Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
· Participate in annual audits and ensure that operations and documents comply with laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
· Train and mentor BCs to enhance their daily working performance and develop their skills and capabilities.
· Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
We are looking for someone with:
· Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related disciplines
· 3-5 years of working experience in warehouse and distribution management or logistics experience
· Experience in customs declaration procedure, food quarantine inspection with IAM and import license application.
· Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to work independently
· Proficient in MS Office application, Chinese and English word processing
· Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
