Responsibilities:
Facilitate the development of company strategy and assist management to evaluate, develop and implement new business initiatives.
Provide local insights to assist headquarters to make business decisions and support developing investment strategy plan.
Support on market insight related work on conducting product-related business analysis to comprehensively, and constantly aware of competitors’ activities to have competitive intelligence updated
Have a tight lookout of the market environmental dynamics, especially in aspects of policy and regulation updates, customer behavior changes and emerging market demands
Execute Varian global and local projects in China, ensure smooth implementation and timely deliver, by working with both Global and region to implement the projects.
Plan, organize and execute specific strategic projects to achieve business objectives as defined. Keep relevant project documentation and maintain proper communication with relevant internal & external stakeholders. Projects could include localization project, product registration project, commercial excellence project, process improvement project etc.
Lead the roll out and implementation of HPS (Healthineers Performance System) methodology at Varian. Coordinate, coach and / or support the execution of various improvement projects (e.g. productivity improvement) with HPS methodology, with close alignment with respective management and project owners.

Your qualifications and experiences:
- Structured thinking, good interpersonal skills, and at least 5-year experience in Commercial Project Management, or Strategy & Business Development (BD), or supply chain and R&D project management, Lean/Agile Projects.
- Basic knowledge about medical device and its major features, applications and regulatory requirements. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Solid capability in PowerPoint, word & excel.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Master's degree or above. MBA education is a plus.
