工作职责/Job Responsibilities:
- 承担技术创新并落地,提升产品竞争力;
Take responsibility for technological innovation and its implementation to enhance product competitiveness.
- 参与核心产品功能模块的设计、开发、调试等工作,解决项目中的关键问题和技术难题;
Participate in the design, development, debugging, and other tasks of core product function modules, solving key issues and technical challenges in the project.
- 作为主要人员参与制定算法(子)系统技术方案,为主管提供关键技术支持;
Serve as a key member in developing technical solutions for algorithm (sub)systems, providing critical technical support to management.
- 作为主要人员参与算法(子)系统技术方案评审、详细设计评审等,并提供建设性意见;
Participate as a key member in the review of algorithm (sub)system technical solutions, detailed design reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- 根据项目要求,承担设计开发任务;
Undertake design and development tasks based on project requirements.
- 深入思考研发过程中的问题,提升团队的工作效率与改进研发质量,为服务的稳定可靠提供保障;
Think critically about issues during the R&D process, improve team efficiency, and enhance the quality of development to ensure the stability and reliability of the services provided.
- 培训团队中的其他专业人员,并指导其他专业人员解决具体技术问题;
Train and guide other specialized team members, helping them solve specific technical problems.
- 负责分析跟进疑难问题或痛点,发现潜在风险,进行系统分析给出体系解决方案并实施落地;
Analyze and follow up on difficult problems or pain points, identify potential risks, conduct system analysis, propose systematic solutions, and implement them.
- 制定技术规范和开发流程。
Develop technical standards and development processes.
工作要求/Work requirements:
- 计算机、电子、应用数学等相关教育背景的本科及以上学历,6年或3年(博士)以上算法设计的工作经验。
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronics, applied mathematics, or related fields.
2. 熟悉C ++,了解Python、Matlab等编程语言,具有良好的编程习惯;
Proficient in C++, with knowledge of Python, Matlab, and other programming languages, and possesses good programming habits.
3. 熟悉线性代数、矩阵分解、非线性优化、概率论以及数值计算等基础数学知识;
Familiar with basic mathematical concepts such as linear algebra, matrix decomposition, nonlinear optimization, probability theory, and numerical computation.
4. 掌握点云几何理论,如点云配准、滤波、简化、分割、去噪等;
Proficient in point cloud geometry theory, such as point cloud registration, filtering, simplification, segmentation, and denoising.
5. 掌握3D网格处理,如网格生成、网格匹配、网格融合、网格简化等;
Proficient in 3D mesh processing, such as mesh generation, matching, fusion, and simplification.
6. 熟悉主流3D重建算法,如结构光3D测量/双目视觉/平行共聚焦等;
Familiar with mainstream 3D reconstruction algorithms, such as structured light 3D measurement, stereo vision, and parallel confocal.
7. 专业的分析和解决问题的能力,能独自面对挑战性问题;
Professional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of handling challenging problems independently.
8. 对技术能持续学习和精进,对自己的技术路线有完整的规划;
A continuous learner in technology, with a clear plan for personal technical development.
