- Project management through concept, planning, execution, sustaining and reporting, includes improvement and innovation projects to achieve time, quality & cost targets.
- Manage or support new business & partnership development with case proposal.
- Project team coordination & development on an acting basis to ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of communication & execution, with improvement on team competence.
- Improve project management processes to continuously elevate team efficiency, productivity level, and compliance conformity.
- Support strategy, portfolio or PRM team to realize organizational strategy, designed portfolio and roadmap plan, to ensure products conduction & organization evolution.
- Plan & track budget & resource for project & team development and maintenance.
- Support & track installed base and product support team for current products;
- Ensure good communication and synchronization with external stakeholders, and internal R&D, SCM, SPR, QT of both HQ and local teams.
- Support or organize various collaboration tasks, workshops, reviews, and events.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
