Job Description:

主要工作职责：
1. 实现销售目标： 确保门店完成设定的销售额，通过有效的团队管理和市场策略提高销售业绩。
2. 培训与指导： 对门店销售代表进行培训与指导，提升其销售技能和产品知识，以增强团队整体销
售能力。
3. 维护客户关系： 建立和维护与门店客户的良好关系，提供优质服务以提高客户满意度和忠诚度。
4. 实施销售策略： 根据市场需求和公司战略，实施具体的门店销售计划和促销活动，以推动销售增
长。
5. 市场反馈收集： 定期收集市场和客户反馈，分析销售数据，及时调整销售策略以应对市场变化。
6. 跨部门协作： 与市场、产品及库存管理团队密切合作，确保资源整合和信息共享，以优化门店运
营。
7. 编制报告： 准备并提交门店销售报告，定期向地区销售经理汇报销售进展、市场动态及问题解决
方案，以支持决策。
