- evelop strong and solid pipeline and update it in SFDC timely. •
- eliver agreed sales AOP. •
- evelop account planning through the sales process. •
- rganize and lead internal RFQ/proposal review and pricing/bid strategy meetings. •
- repare and issue commercial offers. •
- raft, negotiate, and finalize appropriate agreements to close deals. •
- orecast sales with high accuracy - Project description, estimated contract value, timing, probabilities and actions. •
- repare project specific sales strategies for each sales event. •
- ather competitive intelligence for submission to Line Managers and Business. •
- anage receivable collection efforts with finance staff. •
- omplete win/loss reports for projects in a timely fashion. •
- ssist SBU management with managing the interface with key clients. •
- ssist in identifying and communicating cross-SBU project opportunities to the relevant SBU •
- ssist Sales Leader in developing sales strategies to drive growth.
OU MUST HAVE
•
- achelor's degree (or above) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. •
- t least 8 years Sales and/or technical experience with preference given to refinery & petrochemical, or a related industry, such as coal chemical or steel industry. Ideally the candidate will have significant sales related (Account Management) experience. •
- C literate. •
- ble to communicate effectively in English, both spoken & written. W
- ales or Technical or Execution experience in PSA. •
