作为药店门店销售代表,您将负责与药店店长和店员沟通,推销公司的产品并培训产品知识,主要目标是提升客户满意度、达成销售目标并确保促销活动的有效执行。
主要工作职责:
推广公司产品:与药店店长和店员沟通,推销公司的药品及保健品,提高销售业绩。
培训产品知识:定期为店员进行产品知识培训,提高其对公司产品的了解与推荐能力。
执行促销活动:协调并推动公司促销活动在门店的实施,确保促销方案得到有效执行。
产品陈列管理:负责门店产品的合理陈列,确保品牌形象统一,并提升产品的可见性。
市场反馈收集:定期收集市场及客户反馈,及时调整销售策略以满足客户需求。 线上分销支持:协助门店在美团、饿了么、京东等O2O平台的产品分销及陈列,提升品牌的线上曝光率。
节庆促销策划:参与节庆促销活动的策划与实施,推动销售业绩的提升。
责任范围:
- 人员管理:直接下属人数:0人
- 预算控制:协助负责相关项目的预算制定与控制,确保资金使用高效合理。
- 工作领域:涉及门店销售计划的执行,包括促销活动、产品陈列及市场推广。
- 决策范围和影响程度:在门店销售主管的指导下,协助客户决策与销售策略执行,影响客户满意度及销售业绩。
任职条件:
- 文化程度:大专及以上学历
- 任职经验:2年以上销售或客户管理经验
- 专业知识/技能:具备基础的市场分析能力和品牌活动管理经验者优先
- 计算机及外语水平:熟练使用Office操作软件,尤其是Excel
复杂性:
- 工作中的不定因素:市场趋势变化、客户需求波动可能导致计划需要调整
- 需要复杂分析的情况:在涉及预算超支、客户重大需求变化时需进行基础数据分析
- 沟通复杂性:需要与客户及内部各部门保持高频率沟通,确保项目顺利进行及问题及时解决
