- 5+ years in project management for building automation system. 1
- 0+ years project management in the field of automation system in manufacturing industry such as pharmaceutical, semiconductor, etc. Familiar with all related utility system from design, engineering, construction, and commissioning. B
- e familiar with pharmaceutical industry automation regulation, standard and validation procedure. P
- roven success in managing multi-million-dollar projects from design to final acceptance. C
- ertifications: F
- irst-class Registered constructor( 一级注册建造师 ) S
- enior engineer certification P

- roficiency in building automation system, T&C experience preferred; B
- e familiar with HVAC principle; G
- ood communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. F
