RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 推动多渠道业务发展： 与商业团队通力协作，制定并落实各指定渠道（零售渠道、诊所渠道、电商渠道等）的增长策略。
- 深挖所负责产品的业务机会： 深入聚焦所负责产品，发掘、评估并实现关键业务增长机会。
- 制定市场推广策略： 结合多渠道特性，为指定产品制定全面的市场推广策略及详细行动计划。
- 落实与优化计划： 与商业部门协作，共同落实营销活动；密切追踪活动表现，进行深度评估，以推动持续优化流程。
- 管理市场预算： 有效规划、管理和分配销售及市场预算，确保资源高效利用及影响力最大化。
Qualifications & Skills:
- 本科及以上学历，医学、药学或市场营销专业为佳
- 3~8年医药行业营销及市场领域工作经验，具备通路营销（Trade Marketing）经验者更佳。
- 熟练使用计算机办公软件
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力及组织能力
