1.政策环境与客户洞察

• 掌握省市级层面VBP政策及在医院层面的潜在影响
• 追踪医院和关键科室VBP政策的落地实施情况、具体流程和关键驱动因素

2.风险识别与机会分析

• 持续评估医院层面VBP相关风险与机会点，归纳总结不同医院在风险和机会点上的类似模式
• 基于医院互动优先级，规划客户学术活动，来最大限度减少业务影响
• 整合区域资源，促进医院管理或疾病治疗水平提升，推动完成符合公司策略的准入目标

3.关键决策者识别

• 识别目标医院关键决策者及影响力，了解关键决策者行为驱动力和为满足需求，针对关键决策者的互动目标制定客户互动平台
• 与关键决策者搭建并持续维护客户关系
• 通过客户互动平台与谈判影响关键决策者，并设计院企合作项目或搭建学术合作平台

4.跨部门协作

• 建立跨部门协作机制，确认行动计划，追踪执行并跟进结果

2.资深的销售管理经验，有良好的大客户把控能力及准入结果
