- 1.New order review and delivery schedule confirmation
- 2.Shipment arrangement according to inventory, customer requested date and shipping mode.
- 3.Follow up shipments and make sure the shipments can arrive at customer side timely to avoid customer shortage/ line down and improve the CRD & MPD performance.
- 4.Demand analysis-Find out the pull in, push out & cancellation items from the backlog list.
- 5.Work with planner to confirm the delivery schedule & try the best to meet customer's demand.
- 6.Reply customers inquires timely and no complain from customer.
- 7.Freight cost management. Negotiate the shipping mode with customers to save DG freight cost.
- 8.Work with PM for samples arrangement.
- 9.Follow up RMA/RGA, closely work with QA, WH, customs & Planner about RGA following up.
- 10.Related weekly report and monthly report update, for instance freight analysis report, CRD performance report, shortage report etc.
- 11.Debit note & Credit note application.
- 12.Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- B.S. Degree , a t least 3 years similar working experience English
- -Fluent oral English, good listening, reading and writing skills; ERP application.
- Good excel application skills and data analysis skills; Good communication skills; sense of urgency
