Manage the trade spending operations for all online platforms including:1. Work with eCommerce Marketing Team (EMKT) team to have clear PPC strategy and closely monitor pricing execution.
2. Work with Sales team to initiative clear promotion plan to fulfill daily business plan. (By site monthly promotion plan collection and monitoring to make sure driving GMV and healthy growth.)
3. Work with Finance team to do the monthly accruals and documentation. (Monthly trading spending accruals and monitor GTN by each account and documentation)
4. Manage Slow Moving Obsolete (SLOB) product communication and follow ups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- By site, establish the annual trade spending budget setup and monthly tracking and mitigation plans discuss with sales team when meet big risk and challenge
- By site, establish monthly promotion plan collection and monitoring to make sure driving gross market value and healthy growth.
- Define and discuss mitigation plans with Sales team to overcome risks and challenges.
- Manage monthly trade spending accruals and monitor gross to net (GTN) by each account and document.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- University degree or above
- Above 3 years FMCG experience in similar role.

- Strong logical thinking skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking and writing)
